What we store

Applications. The details you submit on the Apply form (name, email, phone if given, and your answers). The form is processed by Formspree and delivered to Gina by email.
Client portal. If you are a client, your email address, your name, your workbook answers, and your progress (what you’ve completed and when). Answers save automatically as you type.
Sign-in. We use emailed sign-in links, so there is no password to store. Your browser keeps a sign-in token until you sign out.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.

Who sees it

Only you and Gina. Your workbook answers are visible to you and to Gina, your coach, and to no one else. The database enforces this: each client can read only their own answers. Our database provider (Supabase) stores it encrypted at rest, and our web host (Vercel) serves the site. Both act only on our behalf.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. We do not use your answers to train AI models.

Deleting your data

You can ask us at any time to export or permanently delete your application, your account, and all of your workbook answers. Email gina@holdyourstandard.com. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

Coaching, not therapy

The Standard for Men provides coaching, not medical or mental-health treatment, and the portal is not monitored in real time. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or dial 911.
